I work one-on-one with selected individuals who cannot commit to the full LifePlan process. My specialty is those who are out of the box, or desire to be, and need clarity for direction and action steps.
I love to facilitate groups and do so with a special emphasis on the following:
Problem Solving
- Expert critical analysis and big picture insight to get to the heart of an issue, see the forest for the trees, or identify a root cause of a problem that lies buried underneath the symptom
- Idea generation to look at the full range of possible solutions for a given problem, and evaluation to determine the best solution based on the criteria
Planning
- Objective facilitation to create a strategic plan of action
