Strategy for LIFE starts with purpose

Clarity of purpose starts with perspective.  Clear perspective comes from insightful questions.

I use Tom Paterson's strategic process called LifePlan™ as no other process in existence can get clarity as effectively.

LifePlan™ is a one-on-one two day session designed to help you uncover truth, understand your unique design, clarify your life mission, and apply your discoveries in practical, meaningful ways.  It culminates in the creation of a custom-tailored strategic action plan that defines your total-life strategy - equipping you for a focused mission in life.

Here is the result of 2 full days spent creating a personal strategic plan with a client.   I call this the Wall of Perspective™.

The definition of perspective is seeing ALL the relevant data in a meaningful way.    There are 26 easel pad sheets on the wall, all visible at once.  It gives me and my client the ability to see the patterns and themes that are present.  We have clear perspective, and we gain clarity and truth by seeing the whole.

The result is

Clarity of purpose

Clarity of direction in life as a whole

Clarity of what calls for action and what will be acted upon

A clear strategic plan!

It provides the answers to life's big questions.

Effective Strategy for Entities

Effective Strategy for Entities

Leadership and strategy go hand-in-hand

Great leadership is strategic.  Great strategy manages the whole of the entity.  It is cross-functional and fully integrates the strategic, operational and financial components.  Great strategy effectively addresses six key questions.

Is your leadership team asking the right questions?

I guide core teams through the process of asking the right questions, seeing the big picture, understanding implications and creating an effective strategic plan

StratOp is a behaviorally sound, team-based process that uniquely blends the Strategic (planning for tomorrow), the Operational (planning for today) and the Financial (planning appropriate funding) into a succinct Strategic Operating Plan that makes effective execution realistic.
